WHERE ARE ZLINE PRODUCTS MADE?

Our products are assembled in ZLINE owned facilities in China, with parts sourced from the US, Italy and Germany. All ZLINE appliances are designed in the USA by Founder Andrew Zuro and his team, and shipped from our facilities in Nevada, Ohio, and Tennessee.

WHERE WILL MY ZLINE PRODUCT SHIP FROM?

ZLINE products are shipped from our facilities in Nevada, Tennessee, and Ohio. Your product should ship from the nearest location, dependent on availability.

WHERE CAN I PURCHASE A ZLINE PRODUCT

ZLINE products are available at several major retailers including Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, The Range Hood Store, and many others.

WHERE CAN I SEE A ZLINE PRODUCT BEFORE PURCHASING?

WHAT IF I NEED TO RETURN MY PRODUCT(S)?

If you need to return your ZLINE product, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Retailers will have varying return policies.

WHAT IF MY ZLINE PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED?

If your ZLINE product arrived damaged, please contact the retailer where you made your purchase. Retailers will have varying return and exchange policies.

WHAT IF I'M MISSING A PART OR A PART ARRIVED DAMAGED?

HOW DO I REGISTER MY WARRANTY?

Your product warranty is valid form the date of purchase.

HOW DO I GET SERVICE ON MY ZLINE PRODUCT?

If you are under the ZLINE range warranty, please contact us through our Warranty Claim Form to request service on your range.

HOW DO I GET SERVICE IF MY WARRANTY IS EXPIRED?

If your warranty has expired, the ZLINE Customer Service Team will still be able to assist you with support. This will include assessing the issue and assisting with ordering the needed parts. Note: Once your warranty has expired, ZLINE will no longer cover service, labor, or parts for your product.
