Giving Back to Our Local Community
For years, The Boys and Girls Club of Truckee Meadows has been a pillar of the Northern Nevada Community. ZLINE is delighted to have been involved with two major projects with them in February. The first of which included donating appliances to their brand new kitchen space. The second was donating a kitchen set to their Cioppino Feed & Auction.
In conjunction with Ace of Spaces and BLC Builders, we were able to donate a full suite of kitchen appliances to The Boys and Girls Club’s all-new kitchen space. Ace of Spaces is Nevada’s premier appliances installation and service company, while BLC Builders has a passion for high-quality residential and commercial spaces, and empower their employees to go above and beyond. Working with both companies on this project was an easy decision, and we were proud to have been a part of this important project.
For three years in a row, ZLINE has donated a suite of appliances to The Boys and Girls Club’s annual Cioppino Feed and Auction. Cioppino has been the signature event of the year for the Boys and Girls Club for quite some time. The event typically raises 12% of the organization’s funds for the entire year.
This year, we donated a Touchstone Wine Refrigerator, a Touchstone Beverage Refrigerator, a 3-Piece Japanese Damascus Knife Set, and a 10-Piece Stainless Steel Cookware Set. We are pleased to announce that these items raised over $4,100 for the Cioppino feed and auction.
